Utah Supreme Court Proposes Regulatory Reforms to Open State’s Legal Marketplace to Nonlawyers

Exciting times on the horizon for nonlawyers and legal access initiatives! It will be interesting to see the comments offered on these reform proposals.

The whole sandbox approach is quite innovative and is an excellent way to affect change and make an impact.

It’s refreshing to know the leaders in our courts are pivoting to address the need for affordable and accessible legal innovations. And in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the urgency has been highlighted and is gaining traction through the ranks.
