If we don’t cultivate our own sense of balance, who will? It’s important to remember that balance is an element in which we have control, so we must be sure to practice regularly. What practice looks like for one is different than what practice looks like for another, so be sure to find what works best for your own progression.
This is both literal and figurative; exercising balance is a physical and mental practice. The important thing is to not stop practicing. As life shifts and seasons change, our balance and perspective evolves too. Don’t let one fall behind the other or weigh one side down.
How do you practice balance? Do you have a physical activity that helps foster balance? Do you have a mental activity to help create balance in thought?
I’d love to hear your thoughts and methods that work for you. Please leave a comment on the blogroll, here on this post or shoot me an email at kelli@klrparalegal.com
