This week’s Wellness Wednesday tip: Take breaks!

On a daily basis, be sure to step away from the screen. This allows the eyes, mind, and body to rest, which is said to enhance productivity throughout the day.

Reset posture, rejuvenate the mind, and get everything flowing again. These small steps work wonders for creativity, productivity, and focus.

Don’t let accrued vacation time go to waste either. It is accrued for a reason, use it!
