Our refund and returns policy covers 30 days post purchase. If 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Due to the digital nature of our products, returns are not easy to process. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will offer credit for a replacement product.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase to confirm the return is within policy coverage. Following your return and refund request processing, we will notify you of available options for return and/or refund.
Once your return request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver included items for themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
